Daniella Salazar

Associate Attorney

Daniella Salazar is a principled and able advocate for her clients. Daniella's legal and professional energies are focused primarily on helping clients with contested Family Law and CPS/Child Welfare law cases. Daniella also has experience helping client draft Estate Planning documents to protect themselves and their families, as well as helping clients probate the estates of loved ones who have passed away.

Since becoming an attorney at JORGESON PITTMAN LLP, Daniella has represented numerous clients and achieved a record of success, including wining a contested jury trial where she successfully kept her client's parental rights from being terminated. Daniella's reputation for preparation and strong advocacy also helps her clients achieve their goals of settling cases in mediation or informally when possible.


About Daniella

Daniella was born and raised in Houston, but is an Austinite at heart. Daniella graduated cum laude from Baylor University and obtained her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she spent several semesters representing childing in CPS cases as a student attorney in the Children's Rights Clinic. Daniella is fluent in Spanish, which is an asset in her legal career for many clients. In her spare time, Daniella enjoys camping and taking her dogs to Zilker Park.
